I've been playing melee since 2016. This weekend I went to what was at one point my personal melee Superbowl. Ngl I never thought I'd see the day where it fr just Doesn't Feel The Same. I am so immensely glad for baseball and all the wonderful girls I've met thru it.

My interest in the game is virtually 0. I have a strong sense of feeling like I've outgrown a lot of friends from the scene. Feels very strange to feel quite ostracized from something that was a part of me for a decade. So many friends have moved on, so many bridges burnt, etc.

Very strange times!! I am so glad I've been able to redirect the melee passion into tgirl baseball. Carpooling to other cities in the Midwest takes me right back to being a young adult carpooling to tournaments across the country with friends I thought I'd have forever.
