In fact, I would argue that going to GDC is only a good move for anyone outside of the US if there is a direct, actionable deal that comes out of it, or if you have plenty of money and want to meet up with friends. It's a terrible deal otherwise: you can visit two or three events for the same price.

Recently I started sketching more on paper again in my own time, spending less time on screens when I'm not working.  Pen and paper, coloured and animated digitally with original audio. More to come (hopefully).

My ouma was an incredible artist- humble and never had an exhibition or sold her work. She had hundreds of paintings and ink brush artworks in her studio, which she created just for herself.

It's now six-thousand dollars to 50% funded! This game cannot get made without your support, because none of the publishers want to take up a Palestinian-made narrative game about a historical ethnic cleansing. Without you, it doesn't happen.

🎯 Almost halfway there! 🚀 Let’s hit 50% by today, we’re counting on you! 🍉 ✨ Challenge: Share & tag 3 friends to join the journey. Every bit counts! 💪❤️ 👉 launchgood.com/1948 #DreamsOnAPillow #SupportIndieGames #NakbaStories

Some days you just meet artists you really love and it turns out they're just down to earth decent human beings and you chat about cool stuff and connect and you remember that not everyone in this world is a right cunt and that's nice.

I'm glad she missed out on social media in her lifetime. She never had to chase likes and followers to justify her skills, I know exceptional artists who struggle with this torment. She could create just for creations sake and it didn't matter what anyone thought. What a dream.

My eyes see what you see, but differently and my camera creates a little window into how I perceive the world. It's one of my favorite things about photography.

The Moonfrost team watched the #GAM3Awards awards stream live and I forgot to record it to get their reactions so the only screenshot I got of our watch party is of my face doing the acceptance speech 🙈 noooo

10 years since I made this😱 It's the first piece I ever had trending on artstation and I felt bittersweet about it because i knew it was popular for being Jinx rather than being a particularly good artwork. I think that's still true, it's not a great artwork and I'd paint her very differently today.
