Every month a random age 25-35 influencer I follow makes a post about their new onset health struggles. And every single time they start describing the symptoms of long covid. Then they say that doctors can't figure out what's wrong with them. 🫠

I'm fucking sick of all the poor leadership and bad decisions made by senior executives that employees then have to pay for with 8 rounds of layoffs. If they were fit for leadership and weren't some corporate bullshit artist devoid of reality, the results wouldn't be years of disaster.

Half of every critical team gets cut. Another 1/4 quit because it's a shitshow. Gotta hire their replacements! Failed executive gets fired 3 months too late.

Executive replacement arrives - rinse and repeat the above! 8 rounds of layoffs later no one with any knowledge is left. Every process must become a new process because no one understands the previous half baked process.

4 rounds of: new executive joins and then hires their inner circle to play coverage for their lack of knowledge and ability. That lack catches up to them halfway through their reorg, relaunch, and new "vision" that didn't solve anything.

They're too busy building their own brand as a "leader" so they focus on idiotic stuff like LinkedIn post tags and website design. Meanwhile the issue they were hired to fix never gets resolved. Time for layoffs cause we made no money this quarter!

Every time I get in my car to drive somewhere I witness everyone's covid brain damage. 🫠
