Metroid: Zero Mission is such a good game! How did I ever miss this back in the day? Thoroughly looking forward to playing through all the 2D Metroid games leading up to Ravenous next year—I've basically only played Super Metroid, and way back in the 90s so it's all fresh to me.

I remember seeing the graphics for Windwaker in an EGM or something for the first time and absolutely losing my mind about how beautiful it was, only to later find out a lot of people were livid. Not gonna lie, my lil 10/11yo self felt so bad for them 😂 "You don't like art? Unfortunate."

Y'all, Ocarina of Time looks BEAUTIFUL! I love all the texture and detail mixed with the art direction. I never had an N64 so this and Majora's Mask are my biggest Zelda blindspots. Thankfully, that will change this November, and I cannot wait 🥹

I've finally found a perfect Dad bedtime game! I love that each of these missions are 20m or less, but there's also story progression and permanent upgrades. Love me a roguelike (I'm making one!) but I wanted something that felt like I'm making progress over time in small increments.
