WRONG. I-205 administrative warrants are not issued by immigration judges. They’re signed by ICE officers. And EVEN IF THEY WERE issued by an immigration judge - they are executive branch employees, NOT judicial branch. JUDICIAL warrants are needed to enter a home without consent.

This isn't about "training issues." The murderer who executed Renee Good has been with ICE for 10 years, and according to DHS, the murderer who executed Alex Pretti has been there for 8 years. These aren't "new recruits," or officers that can be "retrained." ICE can't be reformed. Abolish ICE.

ICE murdered Renée Good in broad daylight. Less than 3 weeks later, they killed Alex Pretti, shooting him 10 times. Every day, we watch as people are ripped from their cars, their homes, their lives. We can't allow ourselves to look away from this cruelty. Abolish ICE.

At one point I did think this was true - but @hcrichardson.bsky.social mentioned on a video of hers that it meant that EACH of the cabinet members can be impeached as well as the president. It’s NOT an all-n-one remedy. Although in the current climate, it’s easy to wish it were so. 🫤🥴

Needless to say that Renee Good and Alex Pretti will go down as heroes here in Minnesota and nationally, their names synonymous with sacrifice and caring for vulnerable neighbors even at the risk of your own life. And hopefully no more innocent lives are lost.
