Once I dreamed that James from Silent Hill 2 was real and I met him and he was wearing a skin colored poncho that said “believe women” on it

A life-threatening storm surge is expected from the Mouth of the Mississippi River to Suwannee, Florida. Residents in the warning area should follow advice given by local officials and evacuate immediately if told to do so.

If LeBron or Taylor Swift posted this most recent El Niño historical temperature graph (current one in red) 500 million people would be in the streets. (And a hundred million lives would likely be saved in the next 20 months) #ClimateCrisis

It’s astounding this isn’t the only thing people are talking about. It shows how much power mainstream news, who are blacking out the climate element of this El Niño, still holds. #ClimateCrisis

Hey all if you’re free, join a rally at city hall at noon to urge @mayor.nyc.gov to come through on his promises to cut pollution, create good jobs and reduce energy bills. Noon tomorrow (wed) on city hall’s steps!

[DRESSED TO KILL] Michael Caine demonstrates once again what an unself-centered actor he is...Clearly, he’s considering the total effect rather than just his own part, and he’s willing to strengthen the picture by providing authority and letting the women shine. (1980)

Hideo Kojima’s next game will be called “PhysInt”. If you move the letters around and change many of them, it spells “PenIs”. Not a good sign.

Satyajit Ray's method is perhaps the most direct and least impaired by commercial strategems in the whole history of film. He does not invent dramatic devices, shortcuts to feelings. (1963)

One of my favorite scenes in twin peaks s3: Ed and Norma kiss, the camera cuts to the mountain as Otis Redding plays. In a show about so much cosmic evil, we see a moment of unadulterated good, belonging to the same goodness as the trees, the rocks, and the sky.
