Blue Origin has completed the re-assembly of Launch Complex 36A's Vehicle Access Tower following the May 28, 2026 explosion of New Glenn during a static fire attempt at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station launch site. Blue Origin CEO Dave Limp has shared this video on X of the entire restack

This is a good thread. I would add that some countries, like Slovakia & Serbia are already on the road. Hungary is teetering (better with Magyar but not out of danger).

“No people wants peace more than a people whose children are being killed. But peace cannot come by asking the victim to pay the price for the aggressor’s crimes,” Yushchenko writes.

🇺🇦🗣️ Ben Hodges: A large amount of the intelligence that the US uses comes from allies. So yes, France, Germany, Britain, Poland and Finland can provide Ukraine with data that will give advance warning of ballistic missile launches. It is a matter of political will.

Here's a test of Bluesky's crowdsourcing power: Later this week I'll be interviewing the manager of OpenAI's Dots product on stage at TechCrunch Disrupt. What questions should I ask?

Wow. A Ukrainian lady rushed to help rescue a Ukrainian ground robot. She is incredibly cool. Note how she also hid her bike so it wouldn't be visible. God bless her. Ukrainians risk their lives because we are fighting an existential war. Source: 71st Brigade

Zelensky says he tries to do his job so that after the war and his presidency he can still walk Ukraine’s streets without people hating him for having been “a piece of shit and not a leader.” He said wartime leadership involves many mistakes and hundreds of difficult deals every day. #Ukraine

This would be a great thing!

I really love the Ukrainian Carpathians. I saw these photos and remembered how, before the war, I loved hiking here with a backpack and good company. I hope that one day I’ll walk these trails again. 📷: utah_names

Gotta be the most idiotic thing. I can just imagine the hell that will break from disinformation. SynthID won't help because the perp doesn't give a Sh*t, and folks will believe anything. I sure hope Google changes their direction on this.

Google Earth has launched a new AI tool which allows users to create fake satellite images. A collapsed Eiffel Tower, a sinkhole swallowing the Great Pyramid of Giza and Russian tanks in Kyiv were among the fake images BBC Verify created when testing the feature. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

There's no way that this new AI image generation feature in Google Earth, one of the most reliable sources of visual evidence for journalists and researchers, could possibly be abused to spread misinformation online and damage trust in satellite images. Absolutely no cause for concern here at all.

Excellent post. I also suggest something like the Marshall Plan to win their hearts (after solid defeat of course).

Also today I feel like I have to quote Anastasius Focht: Wars are not won on the field of combat. Battles are, but those are only ever part of the story. To win a war you need to break the enemy's resolve, to force him to accept defeat. Otherwise the war will never end.

Quite shocked by Zelensky’s decision. Fedorov’s removal feels like Ukraine just threw away one of the few reforms that was visibly working. He expanded drones, tightened procurement, challenged corruption, and pushed deep strikes. Replacing him now, with no clear public case, is a terrible look.
