Slept a decent portion of the flight from Hartford to DC. Missed the Crack of dawn. Thankfully the rain seems as though it won't impact this flight, too. Gonna be a good day.

I didn't miss my flight. It was close, but probably the best timing I have ever had. Now I am gonna enjoy the dark and take a nap.

Earlier today I met a friend for Six (the movie). I saw the Broadway play on August 10. 🤣 (Loved both experiences!)

Bought an Ollie's lampshade for the most hideous lamp and it is fuckin perfect. (Before anyone asks, yes, one must feed the meter and turn the knob to make the lamp work. I figured out if I don't turn the knob all the way, the coin doesn't drop and the light will stay on.)

Home safe... with a new to me vehicle (2021 Toyota with under 18k miles for a wildly phenomenal deal). Basically only had time to visit a few older relatives and pick up the RAV4 from New Castle from a friend. Lots of emotions about this trip, but the biggest is Grateful.
