Right now somewhere someone is attempting to remove a piece of carry-on luggage from the overhead bin. It's too heavy for the angle of their reach. It's about to fall on a seated passenger's head. Arms reach in from all sides to catch it.

What happened to the world? Maybe in 2016 there was a huge corporate merger and the new ownership, led by private equity pirates, started writing the script themselves or outsourced it to A.I. babies on fiverr. That explains why none of the plot lines make any sense and nobody has any character.

It really does feel like we all slipped through a universe fault in early 2020 and we're now trapped in this parallel place. Life didn't used to be so embarrassing.
