TIL that during the height of Japan’s bubble era economy in 1989, my area of Tokyo opened a (I’m assuming unlicensed) “Batman Amusement Building”, which was essentially a 7-floor arcade. It’s billed as “trendier than Shibuya, more exciting than Roppongi, the building is full of American amusement”.

Every year around this time I look into buying 2a03.org from whatever torment it's being put through. Last I checked it was an AI riddled blogspot type of site with porn articles. This year it seems they upped their game and used AI to make it at least someone related to the domain name.

Diggy Diggy Mole on NES, a new homebrew Metroidvania. Use your mole abilities to dig and move your way thru the map. Really unique movement and incredibly satisfying to go fast. Another soundtrack notch in the belt! Finished the final renders of the game OST and bonus content for the Diggy Diggy Mole soundtrack. It'll be released in tandem with the Steam release of the game, including being released on Steam itself. Keep an eye out, it won't be too too long!
