Warning: doing Nala Stomps with your doggo whilst also having Ehlers Danlos may result in dislocated kneecaps. Yes, that's exactly what happened to me. I dislocated my kneecap doing a fun lil dance with my golden retriever. (No worries, it went back into place on its own without ER visit)

Anyone else miss the action of physically writing in notebooks? Not sure what it is, but I've been having that urge of just physically writing. Texting is cool, typing is cool, but something about the action of writing just hits different.
