For years and years I told people it was The Black Cauldron and joked it was no wonder I was so fucked up. Last summer my ma told me it was actually Care Bears: The Movie, and I loved it. Again, it's no wonder I'm so fucked up

First film you saw at the cinema. The real first one, not the pretend one you tell people! Mine: The Empire Strikes Back, 1980, Wigan. We were near the front and I can still remember how massive the AT-ATs looked, looming over us out of the snow :) Film, year, where, and whatever stuck with you.

I would love for Jack Lowden to get this but the sooner everyone gets on the same page as me and realises he's Exactly Young Simon Pegg, the better Seriously you cannot unsee it

I've been wanting to get into streaming for a while now,but sadly my PC sucks,so I'll try to make this my goal. I know it's a lot,but any support helps, tips, big donation or even just repost 💋 everyone that does contribute towards the goal will get a nice little surprise 😈 it would really mean alot.

Will Scarlett (Christian Slater) saying 'Fuck me, he cleared it!' after Robin & Azeem get catapulted over a wall was cut from the UK release of Prince of Thieves, always throws me when I see it. Same goes for the nunchuck battle in the 1990 TMNT movie. Because we are apparently a nation of fannies

We all know the "Viggo broke his toe" story but what's another movie fact you're personally compelled to bring up every time without prompting? For me, it's the fact that Robin Tunney is wearing a wig in The Craft because of having just shaved her head to save her job filming Empire Records.

The best thing about being a basketball fan and disliking football in the UK is, nobody wants to beat you up if your team won and theirs lost because they don't have a team and don't know what basketball is and are fucking dumb as a barrel of smacked assholes

Chubby Checker & The Fat Boys - Do The Twist. Primary school jumble sale. 7" vinyl single. 5p. I was about 9 years old. Fight me

First single you bought with your own money. No lying! Mine: "Red Box - Lean on Me (Ah-Li-Ayo)", 1985. Still know every word.

I bought some Super Boof weed yesterday and, after a night out at an open mic and several drinks, it's fair to say that coming home to that has put me in a state of Super Boofed. Feeling pretty great though and the piri piri wings I bought on the way home are about to be in serious trouble

Just so we're clear. I'm on Bluesky, and all social media platforms, to meet people and make new friends. I'm good at it. I'm funny. I'm likeable. But if you send me a DM or even think/behave like 'I only talk to people on my paid sites' - firstly pull your head out of your ass, secondly delete me

because it's never, ever, ever going to happen. What kind of an arrogant asshole do you have to be to think I'm gonna pay to talk to you? Who raised you? You can absolutely fuck all the way off. Block me immediately. I'm happy to be your friend but I'm not your fucking customer.

I've written two movie treatments, a grim survival horror called FOUR and an underwater Lovecraftian tale of madness, murder and love called Trench Flow. They're both great ideas and fully explored, but turning them into actual screenplays is something I've never attempted before. It's daunting.

I know it's not a difficult one to do, but after attempting it spontaneously earlier I realised I can do a pretty perfect Trump impression. Not sure what to do with this except annoy the boiling piss out of everyone

Horror comedies, yeah yeah yeah, can't budge for 'em... but what about horror romance? This is the best one I've ever seen and here's my annual reminder that anyone with a heart who loves horror should fucking watch it. Astoundingly beautiful stuff 🖤

This is good shit man. It's very much Jaws with an ancient sea monster in place of a shark (and Faramir standing in as a Quint) but that's no bad thing. A fun Spooktober watch

As we approach Halloween, I just wanna remind everyone that these motherfuckers existed. In a kid's movie. Which I'm old enough to have seen theatrically. It's no surprise I'm as messed up as I am. Return to Oz is assault. DOROTHY GAAAAAAAAAALE! 😬

Woke from a nap w/ a loose deep sea horror screenplay idea. Wrote a full story draft. I'll turn that into a treatment this week. 'Peter Bryant disappeared deep under the ocean. He should've been long dead by the time he was found. But something kept him alive... and it wants him back.' Fuck yeah 💀

Clash of the Titans Yes, the Australian Perseus Sam Worthington one
