I played what were essentially rulings only duet games on the playground between a single player and a GM who decided everything. After that I first played 2-3 sessions of D&D 4e as far as more "proper" RPGs, I think.

the difference between procedural generation and LLM slop is that procgen depends 100% on the harnessing of randomness (usually a specific kind of noise) to express some kind of creative intent within bounds the authorial voice wants
