Pushed myself to a new distance PR today and first time out taking on fuel during the run. It definitely helped as I tend to tire around the 12k mark. Maybe half marathon distance in a few weeks!?

My longest run since I started 3 months ago. Legs felt fatigued by the end but cardio was still good. Felt I could have gone faster but held back with a hiking weekend coming up.
