We've got another Patch Notes game jam starting in a week! Updated to a 2.0 version and back to a 3-day sprint. Would love to see some more newbies join in, the last two have been lots of fun 🙌

I have just read the most rewarding thing I can as a games publisher: "And I can now continue doing what I love" - our dev From only a few hours ago, this sums up the last 12 months. That's our goal, make enough sales for our devs that they can continue to do what they love 🥰 To the future 🥂

This post is a story. I don't care if it doesn't get likes or attention. An incredible achievement for us today: After 13 years of Indieformer, we can OFFICIALLY say we have launched a game on Steam 😭 Launch trailer is below, you know where to find links. Thread below!

And now, almost a year to the date - daily messages and stretching myself far too thin - we're live. A crazy experience, yet so rewarding to be apart of. I've tried as hard as I can as a publisher to represent as if it were my own idea, because it's just that good.

And we've got two other games signed now, so we're gonna need to go through it all again 😅 But there really is no other way. thanks for coming to my thread talk. Support our launch!

And one day at work it struck me: a newsletter you IDIOT! Why did it need to be 30+ hours poured into a video? People just want to know what's good and newsletters can be ultra efficient. That was two years ago. But one year ago...

We made videos for a couple of year but man KUDOS to all you creators out there. It was taking 20-30 per video and we were just getting out of uni. We pulled back, and started 'adulting', not before we'd reached a healthy 20,000 subscribers though. A good little achievement. Then,

I had the grand idea to bring it back solo, because of that 20k. There were people who like it, and there was still an opportunity. So I went solo for a year. But still 30+ hours per video was wrecking me and I had to stop again. And it was then a solid 5-6 years before I did anything again...

How do other publishers feel when they release a game? Maybe because it’s our first, but I: - have got no idea what to expect - am excited/scared by what’s coming - hopeful we can continue doing this for the foreseeable future 5 days until we release the wild 🙈

Calling play testers! We need some fresh eyes on Abelina. Narrative-driven 3D platformer currently in development. Being made by a guy who worked on League of Legends 👀 If you’re keen, I’ve got the discord link the replies 👇

Hey Bsky 👋 I'm an indie dev announcing his first game! You're a broke gladiator whose entire kit is locked inside a slot machine. I've just launched the Steam page and looking for beta testers to give me LOTS of feedback. Enjoy some BTS of how it's evolved 😀 Matus #indiegame #gamedev

So incredible to see concept work from Gabe (the dev) for the ending of @abelinagame.bsky.social. The speed and precision this man is working at is incredible! Feel very lucky to be on this game dev journey with him 👊 Full disclosure: I am a video game publisher and this is one of our games 🙏

We’re excited to team up with @indieformer.com to bring Feed the Scorchpot to mobile devices! Roll dice, build your island, harvest ingredients, and cook increasingly absurd recipes to keep a hungry dragon fed! More details Later this year!🐉🍲 #mobilegames #indiegame #strategygames

OMG OUR VERY FIRST NEXT FEST! So excited to be in it and check out everyone else's games 🎉 If you're in this one leave me a link below so I can check you out!

We are super duper, extra hyped and excited to ANNOUNCE: We have signed another game! 🎉 Almost a year after signing our very first, we're keen to show you what's now cooking up for Q1 2027. Bsky, I introduce: Abelina

Another dice game? ANOTHER ROGUELIKE? Ye. That’s us. And we’re in June’s Next Fest! Anyone looking to add another game to their coverage?

RANT: The amount of “opportunities” we received from companies with “200,000” active backers for Kickstarter campaigns was crazy. 1. PAYING you is not an “opportunity” mate 2. We are running a campaign to RAISE money, becuase we’ve got none 3. I said leave me alone, STOP EMAILING ME /rant over

Feed the Scorchpot is created by me (a solo dev) and my wife (the artiste). A... labor of love? The story goes: - dragon gives you an island - only asks to be fed in return - fishy but ok - feed for 20 years to get out alive Simple enough. Try the demo! How good of job has my wife done?!

For the void that can be social media, or perhaps to all the people who enjoy seeing my account pop into their feeds: We're steppin' on up in the world (at least in our eyes) to become a game-publisher only 😎 ... the emoji was too much, wasn't it?
