Why I hate "small tasks": bring in 7 ft ladder from garage to change kitchen ceiling light bulb, then have to clean dirty fixture, then with bright light again, see that top of fridge needs cleaning, so does entire outside, then consider cleaning entire fridge this weekend.

I hope that a few minutes of tears and deep sadness every day eventually add up to acceptance.
