Batmangelina?

I didn’t want to say this during all the celebration yesterday because I do love her, but… CD doing a commercial where a trainer gives her painkillers is not great given her husband’s history 🙃

so like can we talk about how the Spanish players are treating the black players on the USWNT today

lol at the desk analyzing that first half being Boxx, Ertz, and Sauerbrunn Any of y’all wanna suit up real quick?

We gotta get Phallon out of there

7/25. So does someone come pick up my Gen Z card or do I have to mail it in?

I think the pride miss Haley Carter

Can speak from personal experience that playing sports with trans friends is a very fun and enriching pastime

This team is just Girelli and a box of kittens

Anyone have journalist/write-up/podcast recs to provide good background on WAFCON?

This is a headache-inducing kit matchup. Or maybe that’s just the AQI talking.

A statement to our fans:

If you hear I cried over that at-the-death Aurora goal, no I didn’t (yes I did)

Ok what Etsy witch cursed penalty machine Lo and what do we need to do to get it reversed?

I’m sorry did they just say the temp at the @mnaurorafc.bsky.social game is ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR DEGREES?!

I love my team. And, I wish they weren’t such an anomaly in the world of women’s soccer. Other teams should see this as the minimum.

That ref got concacafmeboled and was utterly unprepared for it

They called it at 83’, no idea why…

If our organization’s SharePoint goes down at 1:40 the Friday before a long weekend that means I can just be done working, right?

Hell yeah, that’s my team

This game is cursed

Went to see some kids I know in a school musical instead of watching the current game tonight. Sounds like I made the right choice. 🙃

The A&M volleyball team was there, too, and the better question for them is who didn’t go

We had a blizzard on Sunday. It was -2° on Monday.

Regret to announce that we’ve reached Wrong Coat season. Every coat you wear from now til mid April will be The Wrong Coat for the weather

Minnesota residents and lawmakers say the promised drawdown has not materialized, and they are seeing ICE use more covert tactics to continue operations across Twin Cities suburbs. By @ncsscibelli.bsky.social

Still around 100 community reports of ICE activity around the Twin Cities today, the most of any state by far. In case you’re wondering why so many of us aren’t quite taking Homan’s presser today at face value.

Thank you @theathletic.com and @theolloydhughes.bsky.social for highlighting our community's dedication to making an impact and showing up for our friends and neighbors here in MN. We're truly brighter together. www.nytimes.com/athletic/703...

I've seen a lot of people watching the figure skating at the Olympics and a lot of praise for the French ice dancers with the cool Vogue programme. I thought it was important to add some (pretty unpleasant) context to their Olympic narrative. medium.com/@feverbitch/...

ICE is still in Minnesota. ICE is still breaking down glass windows and doors. ICE is still separating families. ICE is still targeting our neighbors who need to go to work because they cannot afford food, rent, and basic living expenses. 1/

The headline should be, "DHS to keep 2,000 immigration officers in Minnesota." Instead, it seems the entirety of the traditional media went with, "DHS to withdraw 700 immigration officers from Minnesota." This presser worked like a charm.

✊🏾NEW POD✊🏾 Sylvs joined André for a chat about the future of the USWNT, not in terms of results but something just as important (if not more so): its advocacy. We discuss what’s missing, and how to reclaim it. 🟢 open.spotify.com/episode/1M29... 🍎 podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/d... #woso #uswnt

This is it. This is the take.

LRT I need people to know that the *combined* police force of mpd/sppd is about 1100. More than DOUBLE that number of feds are terrorizing the entire metro (and now greater mn too) at all hours.

I know people on Bsky know this but I hope it filters out: The feds are OCCUPYING the Twin Cities. This is a blockade, a siege. They are shutting down economic and civic activity. They are conducting "papers please" stops. They are criminalizing being a bystander/witness. You could be next.

I love my club.
