I'd also support impeaching the last three for lying to the confirmation committee while under oath.

Binding code of ethics. 6 term limit for reps, 2 term for senators, 12 years for justices, 2 terms for presidents. No one in the same position for more than 12 years. All with more time than the executive for a bridge that outlives that position and is less beholden to it.

The same code all the other federal judges follow would be a great start, but I don’t believe they have the ability/right/immunity to be as biased and corrupt as some of them have been… if that were true, how would they ever be subject to an impeachment? And yet, they can be impeached.

Also maybe have an enforceable code of ethics and a ban on bribe-receiving….

Ten-year terms and retirement at 65. Nobody should hold that much power for that long. 👏
