Zelenskyy might be saving our democracy. The mad genius is bombing Russian data centers linked to FAKE NEWS bot farms. Without them, Putin’s midterm influence will accidentally fall from a 30th floor window. I 💙 Ukraine 🇺🇦

As a Texan, I rarely see a day go by in which I'm not hit with a Paxton ad that mocks Talaricl for saying that God is "non-binary." But isn't that exactly what Genesis 1:27 says--that God is neither male nor female? And John 4:24, too?

RAPE GANG OR ICE? BOTH? No ID. No badges. No uniform. Masks. An unmarked van. How are you supposed to know? PAXIS.app explains your rights during ICE encounters. Free: GoFundMe.com/PAXIS This is the shit we grew up hearing about in dictatorships. Now it’s here. Record EVERYTHING.

Todd Blanche: “I am not sure of the uproar of having a Border Patrol or ICE agent at a polling location. What's the risk?” Uhm, maybe because it’s illegal? Federal statute 18 U.S.C. § 592 prohibits deploying “troops or armed men” to locations where elections are held. An AG should know this.

How do you think it would have been covered if President Obama had to pay $5 million to a woman he sexually abused and defamed? Do you think the White House press would have asked him about it?

I just read T said, " “There’s nothing illegal. There’s nothing wrong with it I could know," in reference to him profiting $1.4 billion in crypto/bribes since he became president. If he's right, and I don't know that he is, Congress (this one or the next one) had better work hard to make it illegal!

She called Talerico "a demon in human skin" on national TV & she wasn't fired? Imagine if a liberal talking head had called a R Congressional candidate a demon in human skin. Every R-wing politician & media outlet would be railing against "leftist violent rhetoric" & demanding the person be fired.

President Trump's investment accounts traded between $212 million and $695 million in stocks and other securities over the first three months of this year. That's unprecedented. The president should *not* be day trading.

Am I the only one who got a “tear down the Berlin Wall” feeling when his name came off the Kennedy Center? Maybe that’s why they put up the curtain—to cover up such a symbolic image

BREAKING: Ken Paxton’s own lawyer just endorsed James Talarico: “I defended Ken Paxton for years in the impeachment trial and in state criminal cases. But in my view, I think Ken has lost sight of his core mission, which is to represent the people of Texas.  That’s why I'm supporting you.”

California just held an election w/paper ballots, signature verification, audits, bipartisan oversight & public vote counting procedures. You don’t get to yell “fraud” every time voters make a choice you don’t like. Take the whiny little b*tch act somewhere else. We’re not buying it in this state!

The Justice Department has concluded that a federal law requiring the preservation of presidential records is unconstitutional, which could effectively permit White House lawyers to try to set their own voluntary presidential recordkeeping policy.

If Trump were smart, he wouldn't fight the Supreme Court and he'd let the tariffs lapse. That way, the economy would rebound (tariffs are horrible economic policy) and at the same time he could blame the Supreme Court for any residual effects from his tariff policy. Of course, he's not smart ...

What I don’t understand is, since he controls Congress, why didn’t Trump just get Congress to approve his tariffs? He keeps talking about taking these extraordinary measures—why can’t they just do it the right way?

There are far more voters than ICE agents. People should plan to stay at their polling place all day. Make it a party. Meet your neighbors. Talk politics. Gather food trucks. Make it a safe place for voters who are nervous. ICE agents always back off when they are outnumbered.

This giant ICE Army they are building this year is also likely to be at polling places during the midterms in heavily Democratic precincts with the excuse being that they are looking for “illegals trying to vote.”

Go to our GoFundMe, give what u can, & share the link with others. Happy New Year.👇 www.gofundme.com/f/PAXIS

EVs beat petrol cars on lifetime emissions — even on “dirty” grids. Battery production is carbon-intensive, but EVs quickly repay that debt and end up 21–71% cleaner over 250,000 km. We can’t wait for perfect grids: electrify transport and clean the grid now.

I think all of these folks involved with Epstein—Bill Clinton, Hillary, Larry Summers, Donald Trump, others—should be forced to resign their positions effective immediately!

The widespread media decision to frame international affairs as "will Donnie get the prize he wants?" is pathetic. He's not the protagonist of human events. And to the extent he's a significant character in world affairs, whether or not he gets a prize is one of the least important things about it.

Because this administration thinks everyone believes the rules only matter when it helps “your side” (like they do), they are counting on Comey’s unpopularity to normalize this. Don’t let it. Whatever you think of him or his actions in the past, etc. this indictment is dangerous and an outrage.

JJDubya reposted

I know it's frustrating when lawyers point out when something the administration is doing is not legal. But responding with "the law doesn't matter anymore" is really unhelpful and defeatist. Clarifying the law is important because it reminds us not to comply in advance and to resist and take action
