First feeding for the no-water mango. 7.2g Fermaid-O So glad I did a blow-off tube. Also looks like it can end clear given how much pectic enzyme I used

Held and facilitated a fermentation workshop at work because I have staff well-being obligations too. Behold - 2kg of carolina reapers and 2kg of naga ghost peppers. These will all become lacto-fermented hot sauce and pickles.
