[McAfee] I was drinking a lot. [Whoever is left at 60 minutes, sotto voce] you were an alcoholic [McAfee] ...yes [Voiceover of a shot of McAffee talking to a bunch of college kids] In 2028, McAfee started A Better Way, a foundation to counsel white frat boys to, "drink smarter, not harder."

Dario Amodei shouldn’t be the name of a computer nerd. That’s the name of a Final Fantasy boss who killed your father but turns out to be the unwitting pawn of the personification of entropy.

Fine I hope you’re happy. Pat McAfee is going to keep his shirt on and stop showing you his weird drinker’s body and creeping redness. At least until next weekend, hahaa, much love everyone.

I’m tired of hearing from racists all the time. RFK Jr. has never produced anything except dead children. We need to drive these people back into their holes

Zohran Mamdani’s late-night basketball games are mildly inconveniencing some Police Academy trainees who had to exercise outside. Andrew Cuomo will accept your apologies whenever you’re ready.

The terminal stage of capitalism is a bunch of billionaires trying to sell you nothing and their much less successful fans acting like you’re persecuting them if you don’t buy it

Yes I should say desperate for approval, not desperate for money. They can’t just enjoy their toy, they need everyone else to say they’re Good for using it.

considering that AI is still getting the lion's share of funding from the richest organizations on the planet, I think this is less desperation and more "agitated at the thought of anyone not loving my annoying genAI art projects"

Happy Fun Ball is essential to human flourishing. Refusal to use Happy Fun Ball is a mockery of everyone who doesn’t speak English. Do not criticize Happy Fun Ball.

The internet can be pretty gullible about tech products, but congrats to everyone who called exactly what this was going to be used for from the first moment they saw it.

My pal Danielle Koenig shared that her father Walter Koenig passed away last night at age 90. A performer whose kindness and warmth shone through the screen. He will be well remembered.

We saw the new Sense and Sensibility movie over the weekend and some of the casting is distractingly strange. Great scenery though and a perfectly timed funny animal reaction shot at the end

Yes, online betting markets are also skewed by the fact that reporters are so credulous about them, so whales take positions to shift the odds to generate positive coverage for their candidates. It’s like creating fake polls but putting in money instead of effort.
