Any time I see a video where "unknown agents" are detaining people, I always wonder why police aren't right there, asking to see their face, get agency affiliation, and asking for a bench warrant, not just a name they are hunting for. Should be done, every time.

Swalwell: Democratic attorneys general in these states have their own law enforcement abilities. And I would recommend, and I have recommended to them use those capabilities. If these agents are committing assault or battery, you can charge them with assault and battery.
