Being on BlueSky has influenced my behavior on other socials. It's just not my calling to be Vaush or Contra and pull people out of their chud phase with art, I can't worry about if they grow out of it someday when I block them, they'll have to figure out how and whether to start over online then.

I played the Godzilla that the Creepypasta was written about on my NES as a kid (and the sequel) but I was too busy being a poor college student for the fighting games. I'll go see Minus Zero but probaly no more GXK stuff. I think this 8 decade international multimedia franchise will survive anyway.

My hot take of the day, not everything online needs or deserved archiving. A certain defunct Q&A site was bascally a meeting place for bigots to workshop psy-ops and blood libels and reach young kids, I'm glad it's mostly lost. Not every MySpace or LiveJournal drama needed to be remembered forever.

Greta Gerwig and Narnia is a weird pairing in a way I'm ambivalent about. Tolkien has pagan fans and I think that's more complicated than them being able to respect him having a different religion.
