What a stupid concept for an article. The decade has only 2 midterms in it. The decade can’t be “missing” something. This midterm is the one.

As I'm grading these tests, I think I need to show my students this graph again.

Just walked into a restaurant because it sounded good, then saw the AI menu inside and it was so unappetizing I walked out.

The thing about comparing direct instruction and inquiry (even though they are not opposed) is that they aren’t just different pedagogical methods hoping for the same goal, and so you can definitely say which is better. They have different goals, too.

I don't understand how people fail their principles when upholding them involves *not* doing something. Like, it's very easy for me to *not* post on X, or to *not* shop at Amazon or Target. Doing stuff is hard, but not doing stuff? No sweat.

Huh, when looking at my music thread I've noticed some videos have previews and others don't. It seems like the difference is whether I copy the link manually, and thus it goes to youtube.com (and shows the preview), or if I use the Share link, which goes to youtu.be (and doesn't)
