The Hennepin County Attorney's Office is charging James O'Keefe and Cam Higby with felonies for unlawful voting and ID theft for filming themselves misrepresenting their identities to election judges during the Minnesota primary as voters who were registered in the precinct.

Prosecutor Mary Moriarty said they were alerted by the Sec of State office that James O'Keefe and others were trying to undermine the state's vouching system. Moriarty said vouching accounts for just .6 percent of the ballots cast in the state.

Videos posted by O'Keefe etc show them wearing burkas outside precincts during the primary. Moriarty said the voter names they used included some residents who were dead and at least one who voted.
