I'm still small, I'm still getting eaten alive by the algorithm, I'm still having my share of struggles both within and outside of content, but motherfucker I'M STILL HERE! Thank y'all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Trans people deserve to not just exist, but to do so proudly. Support Trans Creators.

JenWave1995@jenwave1995.bsky.social

When trans creators are subtle, people dismiss the trans subtext as “headcanon.” When trans creators are loud and proud, people call it “obnoxious” and “cringe.” They just don’t want us to be represented in media at all. Because they don’t want us to exist at all.

The funniest thing about my current P3F replay is discovering that Mitsuru literally never uses Marin Karin outside of the default "Act Freely" command. So when you see folks complaining about her spamming it, know that they literally haven't given her a tactic to use.

Folks act like it's limiting and you can't do anything with it but I literally stunlocked the Reaper to death with a full party and beat him at Level 66. I unironically think people wrote the system off before getting more commands. It doesn't take long to get "Knock Down" it's like the second boss.

Got my shakers finally! Had a lot of fun getting back into physical artsy shit again between painting pottery and Gunpla. In this day and age, physical hobbies that don't involve a screen are more valuable than ever.

@kbash.bsky.social is a major reason I had the ability and courage to even start my channel. His content is the kind of stuff I wish YouTube could be overflowing with; thoughtful, witty, funny, but most importantly earnest. I hope one day my content can shine half as brightly.

@kbash.bsky.social just published another essay, and it's one with a beginning, middle and end. I know I've harped on about him before, but KBash's work is worth the time. It's thoughtful and considered, and offers something to the viewer, so check his new essay, which is on Dragon Quest VII.

Was playing some FES last night and rerolling skills to try and get a Gurulu with Tarukaja and Rakunda together and when I finally got it I unironically popped off a bit. Maybe this is the cure the gacha folks need.

I know MBT ain't doing AI thumbnails because a robot is not capable of making something that looks this horrific.

The Perspna 4 Revival VA discourse is interesting cause unless you played the game on the PS2, you have never played it with its original English cast. So many folks are talking about preserving the original cast who likely have never heard cause they only play Golden.

I completly understand her feelings and would have loved for her to come back for Revival, but when Erin Fitzgerald was posting about not being in the game, my first thought was "you were also an actress who only got to play Chie because Atlus decided to recast the character.

I often, especially in the past, would often see Tracy Rooney's Chie performance harshly criticized, despite her being the original Chie. And yeah I think Fitzgerald fits the character more, but it's unfortunate. We can lift both of them up, even with their wild differences.

GenAI? No Buy.

Watching yugioh fans justify still being excited for their game by saying “this is actually what translators want, it helps them!” Just say you want to play the game, I’ll respect you more than if you just said shit that is entirely contrary to reality.

My little ramble video with just camera and minimal editing is the worst performing thing on my channel by a pretty wide margin and its honestly quite encouraging. It tells me that something about my actual video essays is compelling enough that more folks keep watching.

RIP Dolly Parton and Tim Curry They both mean a lot to me as a white trash alternative bisexual who grew up going to Rocky on the weekends. Someone said they imagined them as the devil and angel on your shoulder and I thought it was cute.
