Moreover, I find it outrageous that supporters of the rogue Israeli state use antisemitism as a cudgel to silence their opposition. Antisemitism is real and it’s everywhere. But it’s overwhelmingly on the right—the side most aligned with Israel.

I’ve never liked the term “settlers.” They’re not settling anything. They’re robbing and pillaging, evicting people from their homes. Colonizers seems more fitting. Really, they’re fascists, fueled by avarice and delusional, genocidal ideology. And Israeli society lets it happen.

Rather than a bridge to the future it promised to be, the Biden administration served as a refueling station for an even more nihilistic, authoritarian, and destructive Trump administration. Democrats need to have learned the lesson by 2028.

This is a fascist nightmare. Politicized law enforcement and deliberate targeting of an elected official who has been critical of the regime. Everyone involved needs to be identified and prosecuted. Trump needs to be impeached and removed from office and put on trial for his various crimes.
