There should be a special badge on your account if you made it through the Bush and Obama years without falling for Cenk's schtick. Good judgement should earn you discourse privileges.

"every bsky target of two minute hate us either sky or stancil. Matt Darling? Stancil. Zach Weinersmith? Sky. Even though Joad the Wet Sprocket sometimes posts charts, he's actually a Sky."

"forced"

NEW: DSA's National Political Committee passed two resolutions today aimed at Los Angeles mayoral candidate Nithya Raman, beginning processes that could result in DSA-LA being forced to rescind its endorsement of her this weekend and/or Raman herself being expelled from DSA by January.

All that "oh that IC member who went on TV and didn't know Narnia wasn't a real country doesn't count, actually the national org isn't a real national org, you're stupid for expecting it to be and judging them for it" is hard to ignore when they try to flex some kind of muscle.

Had to stay late at work, which meant missing dinner out with my wife's sister and her parents, who do not give a shit about me being present. They were apparently confused and skeptical at the notion of "working late." Joaders, if these people knew how softly I treat them...

Mike Johnson: "When I'm in these big arenas, I ask for hands -- 'Show me your hand if you've answered a poll in the last six months.' There will be like three hands among 300 people. I'm telling you, these polls are off. All of them."

I gotta think they were showing it running on a PC. Chip or no, SNES isn't chewing on voxel terrain like that. No way.

Commanche FX was a planned port of the DOS game Comanche: Maximum Overkill to the SNES using the Super FX chip. Here it is running at Winter CES 1995. One of several 3D SNES games shown at the event that would never release. https://archive.gamehistory.org/item/c9adc7ca-554b-44ea-bac5-c0998c3e1888

I don't understand why people ever watched the H3 podcast. Like none of these people are funny or likeable, and they don't even seem to like each other. Someone is going to have to explain what made any of this compelling
