#Trump's promise of a $5000 bribe for electing Republicans is so stupid on so many levels: - First, it involves trusting a convict who told over 30,000 lies in his first term alone; - Not only that, but he made multiple promises just like this one, to pay citizens; /1 #$5000 #bribe #USDemocracy

The #GOP supports #Russia, which support #Iran while we continue a pointless war with #Iran. The GOP is attacking America and supporting our enemies indirectly and directly. None of this would be happening if the GOP in congress didn't keep #Trump in power. This is the main #election issue #VoteBlue

And we didn't need #Russian diesel. We could have imported from allies such as #Canada. The purpose of this deal is to support the #GOP's friends (enemies of the #US), while attempting to weaken America's allies.

After the 2nd World War, there were people who had supported #Hitler, and lived with the shame for the rest of their lives. Anyone who votes for a #GOP candidate or chooses not to vote in this election can't say that they didn't know. People will lie that they didn't support him. /1 #Trump #Election

It seems that he just feared losing revenue. He could well afford the loss of revenue, more so than any of the acts that pulled out. He was put in a difficult position, not wanting to take sides. He's entitled to not take sides, but it doesn't seem to me, to be a principled decision. /4

He failed to stand up for others, and in doing so enabled suppression of #FreeSpeech. He created a situation where boycotting him supports freedom of speech, and Palestine, and I think that such a boycott is justified. /5 #EdSheeran
