The wonderful world of moths 🦋 theconversation.com/moths-in-art...

This might be my favorite leaf from yesterday. 🍂

I’ve got them in stock now if you want to get a lovely little calendar filled with bees, butterflies, flower flies, moths, beetles, flowers and other plants!

After I came inside, I found this little hitchhiker on my arm. So I went back outside and managed to take a few photos before it flew away.

Geese over the graveyard - this didn’t come out as gloomily Gothic as originally intended, the sun came out while I was painting… The Pink-footed geese usually fly along the coast here, but I sometimes see them further inland. They seem to follow the A19 south. 🪶 #art #birdingNorthEast

Sometimes I think about the huge flocks of birds I used to see crossing the sky when I was young. They'd sometimes stop in the trees overhead for a break, thousands of them, the chirping was like a waterfall. Then they would suddenly go silent and take off again in a great flutter of wings. 🐦

Early dusk and squally. Beach Crow calls the fleeing gulls poltroons, but they don't understand. I suppose corvids aren't scared of anything. 'Oh, we're all valourious,' Beach Crow says. 'Course, yer can't be brave til yer been frighted.' #inkMine #writingprompt #tinyfiction

Do I really need a robot to answer emails, book travel, and do my weekly food shopping?

Doesn't look much like fall yet here, but the air sure feels like it 🍂

Actually got outside to the woods today. 🍃

I love how zinnias look like they have tiny little flowers growing in the center. I hope that baby jumping spider appreciates it too.
