This is a blatant threat to the RNLI, who are currently out of action in Portsmouth - ergo not saving lives, because staff are being terrorised. When will Mahmood take domestic terrorism of this nature seriously.

Today is likely the moment Reform admit to themselves that they have imploded. Why else would they feel the need to finally launch a policy - albeit one that promises to rescue Britain by taking money from people who can’t work and giving tax breaks to those who don’t need to.

I’ll be interested to know how much of John Healey’s budget affects the super rich.

Flávio Bolsonaro has been banned from leaving Brazil and ordered to surrender his passports following his presidential election defeat, amid investigations into suspected influence-peddling, money laundering and other alleged financial irregularities.

Brazil's, Trump backed candidate, Flávio Bolsonaro faces a corruption inquiry over R$134 million sought from jailed banker Daniel Vorcaro, who is also linked to suspected influence-peddling involving associates of election court chief Kassio Nunes Marques.

Is AI minister Kanishka Narayan safe washing us, given the lack of guardrails currently imposed on the tech bros who are now essentially part of the decision making process as we saw at Bletchley Park #statecapture

In his acceptance speech, Lula says he will work to regulate digital platforms in Brazil. “Digital crimes must be dealt with like real-life crimes.” This comes after Meta directly interfered with the Brazilian elections, favouring Flávio Bolsonaro.

And just like that, the used car salesman with the Westminster black book in his back pocket is shilling for Peter Thiel’s spy tech company Palantir. Money certainly talks.

The Australian fake preacher saying “I pray that you give him (Tommy Robinson) victory over this ridiculous court case.” Far Right extremism isn’t Christianity - in what world do we have to have that explained - but here we are.

Another week, another Reform UK stunt. In what is tantamount to an admission that Operation Vanguard is no more than a performative stunt, Essex County Council admits it has no data on alleged migrant-related crime because it does not record whether incidents involve asylum seekers.

Bring back imperial measures say Reform UK. We all know there’s only one thing these insecure, unvetted Reform Cllrs measure in inches. 😉🍆 Epping Forest’s finest - Christian, Cllr McIvor.

Gracious in defeat - Bolsonaro calls for election result to be ‘annuled’. Brazil and Serbia have ousted the far right “strong men” like Bolsonaro who even in defeat cannot accept democracy. This is what hope looks like. Trump and Netanyahu are in my prayers.

🚨 This is getting dangerous. The @BBC is withdrawing educational material on climate change and migration following accusations of political bias. CLIMATE CHANGE IS NOT A POLITICAL OPINION. It's established science. MIGRATION IS A FACT OF HUMAN HISTORY Laura Trott MP

Reform U.K. - the serious party plan to bring back imperial measures. This is not a parody post. 😂 Warning - this next part is parody. There’s only one thing that’s measured in inches and those unvetted Reform Cllrs want to make sure it is written in statute 🍆

Reform led Essex Council is bracing for job cuts after its leader revealed a £170m budget gap. The announcement comes weeks after Deputy Leader Russell Quirk said the council held £600 million in reserves, claiming the previous Tory council had "fleeced" the public to build up excessive cash.

This is how it’s being translated by his numpties. Labour heads up the council in Wolverhampton with a majority and the depraved Reform UK Cllr @CeliaHibbert is not getting in any time soon with this post on Storm Boelo.

How a political message forces its way into a household still matters as much as the message being delivered. When a political party drops 15 million copies of its paper onto British doormats, it's doing so to sidestep reporters, dodge the hard questions, and push its own version of events.

BREAKING: Royal Mail staff are being abused for delivering Reform's newspaper. So who's protecting them, and who's protecting us?

Having seen their own activists take that abuse, the party left Royal Mail staff to take the hit instead. The regulators offer no protection. Political ads sit outside the ASA, the Electoral Commission checks spending not content, and Ofcom doesn't govern what arrives on the doormat.

This goes to the heart of what we tolerate coming through our front doors and Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds and employment rights minister Kate Dearden need to step in.

In September, Reform turned away critical journalists from its annual conference, including The Guardian's Anna Isaac and the broadcaster Michael Crick. During the May local elections, Reform candidates who went door to door found out firsthand how hostile the doorstep could be.

Britain in 2026 isn't 1930s Germany, but how a political message forces its way into a household still matters. When a political party drops 15 million copies of its paper onto British doormats, it's doing so to sidestep reporters, dodge hard questions, and push its version of events.

Undercover reporters for ITV caught Reform candidates using racist language, while Al Jazeera tracked links between Turning Point UK and a convicted violent criminal with UVF ties who offered to arrange killings for money, a group senior Reform figures have publicly backed.

Ministers set the rules and Ofcom oversees the post, but both leave postal workers and householders without protection. Reform announced the paper on 18 October, with news reports confirming that the eight-page tabloid's heading to 15 million households to bypass traditional media.

Earlier this year the dispute was about flags on lampposts; now a newspaper through the letterbox brings that fight into our homes. Goebbels did something similar in 1933, commissioning the cheap Volksempfänger radio so the Nazi regime spoke directly into German kitchens. e pass?
