Wasnt compensating for the amount of calories I was burning during my last triathlon training phase, ended up losing too much weight Need to stay on top of this going forward I’ve a stone back on in the last 6 weeks, half stone to go 3500-4500 clean calories daily is hard work #skinnyguyproblems
