A little update: I’m still writing - slowly, but surely - The Bastard Throne. Health is still a problem. I was recently rediagnosed with fibromyalgia instead of the other autoimmune disease that was suspected (which I might also have but it’s not showing up on tests yet).

And just for fun recently, I tore ligaments in my ankle ten days ago - it’s still swollen, bruised and painful - and then needed a wisdom tooth out yesterday, which is the first time I’ve had one out and damn the pain is real. Plus my chronic shoulder pain has flared up at the same time obvs. SIGH.

Please bear with me, service will be resumed when my body stops trying to kill me for long enough! :) My alpha readers, who read each chapter as I write it, assure me the book is good, so that’s something… J

Physio ruled out physical problems causing my chronic neck/shoulder pain and migraines, and now I’ve been referred to neurology to investigate that instead. And I’ve discovered my 2.5 years on the waiting list for an ADHD assessment could stretch to as long as 8 unless we go private.
