Kageyama Satsuki

For those who don't know me; I am Kage. Just some old fossil who likes to draw, game and cook. Quit Twitter recently in hopes of less doom and gloom under fairer skies. Pleased to meet you. These are my two online avatars. And for the familiar faces, happy to see you again :D

Friend asked me a question yesterday that reminded me I'm a very simple person lol

Me: So the singer of Linkin Park had passed away some time ago Roommate: Ye Me: Heard their song with a new lead singer. She is SUCH a good fit. It feels like LP is truly back even if she’s quite different R: *skeptical* *makes roommate listen to Heavy Is The Crown* R: Okay, yes. LP is back.

“JUST IN: Saudi Arabia announces plans to store crude oil in Singapore starting in 2027.” Well it’s been a good run, Singapore. Time to move before the USA declares labubus here weapons of mass destruction and shit.

Fancy little salad at a wedding.

Me every other year: It's LoL, but IT'S A BANGER Another dang music company masquerading as a game developer lol

Somehow Adobe decided to download the 2026 version of Photoshop without my consent and switch all my file associations to it. When I tried to draw stuff I noticed a lot of performance lag. Switched back to the 2024 version and no issues. Gdi Adobe why.

(Trying to teach my roommate how to cook) Roommate: I’m afraid of ruining my food. Is some brown okay? Me: Colour is flavour. Don’t think like a coloniser; the more colour you have the better and more interesting things will be. R: wa t

Not the top Steam review of Dressmaker making me cry this morning!

My roommate is of the old Asian school of thinking where they refuse to compliment anyone for anything for fear of inflicting the Curse of Complacency™. But today they complained about some restaurant’s aglio olio and said mine was far better. That’s a hell of a praise ✌️

Me: We should ask the GenZ'ers if they find this video unc A: What is 'unc'? Me, more than a decade older than A: 😶

Found Lil Guy sleeping like this oh my god what a silly chinchilla <3 (For those who don't know, his ears were constantly chewed up by his cagemate so I rehomed her shortly after taking them in)

Hey @jessecox.bsky.social, there's no such thing as a shark attack. youtube.com/shorts/5XxIH...

Words have power. I remarked that the way a lady colleague wore her hair looked really lovely, and 3 months on she has styled it that way every day to the office.

Pose practice with one of the OCs.

Bit of a difference...

Technically, a dictionary is a book of spells.

The security enhancements related to the PHP programming language and associated testing have been completed, and final checks are now underway. We expect new logins to resume today. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Saw a hot picture of someone from the opposite gender, immediately reminded myself I'd be bi if I were sexual at all, then realised what an odd train of thought that was and now am INCREDIBLY confused

適当にお水、だしの素、醤油、みりん混ぜたら市販より旨いつゆが出来て不思議ッ

Tested the TWSBI GO broad nib with a dual-shading ink. Me likey.

Person: AI is helping humanity in so many ways! It's beneficial to us all Me: *grumpy old person face* Are we not all still working the same number of hours and days as before AI become mainstream, perhaps even more now? P: ? Yes..? M: Then it is not helping. P: 😶

Pray for your IT friends today

Waking up to the internet itself imploding today was not on my bingo card

Bit of a difference...

Realising that no matter how cringe the stories I’ve written (and kept private) are, they will still be leaps and bounds better than AI-generated slop ☕️

Any time life gets awkward I think of the time a distant aunt tried desperately to matchmake me with her child (MY COUSIN), at a relative's solemn wake, in front of my own mother, who later told me marriage between cousins twice removed was okay. ... Yeah nothing will ever top that.

Heard a colleague confess she hated kids except her own and I kinda appreciate level of honesty.

His other half, at that same moment...

Tried it. I have regrets.

China… what the heck kind of reality do you have to come up with KFC-flavoured Oreos..?

Me: *offers A some soothing throat candy* A: Thanks, that’s a -sweet- gesture M: 🫩 A: ここに来てダジャレから逃げられるっと思ったのかい？-あまい-なッ！ M: 💀
