The Artist - Cor Blok's illustrations were on the front of the first Dutch LotR paperbacks from 1965. They were the first LotR edition I read, as my mom owned them, and seeing this art always fills me with nostalgia. #tolkien #tolkientrewsday

I'm rewatching Kaos and it's really such a damn shame it was cancelled. It's such a great take on the Greek gods with all their messy, petty, human emotions. Also the Fates were really great, as was Dionysus. Would've loved to have seen the end of this tale but alas :(
