There is a really important discussion that is never had about how Musk regularly shifts resources between entities that we are told are wholly separate (and yes he's brought a bunch together but still).

Also, in nearly every instance the transfer was approved by boards he dominates, disclosed only after the fact, and never tested by a court on its fairness, which seems to me that the boundaries between these entities exist on paper but not anywhere in practice.
