Splatoon at Riptide as come such a long way. Here’s a video from 2021 (the first Riptide). We were in the River Room from 2021 - 2024 The startgg page for this event doesn’t exist anymore but I’m fairly certain we “only” had between 25 - 30 teams max. It’s crazy how much we’ve grown as a scene

This riptide we made an effort to improve splatoon's stream downtime by filling in with content recorded on site. Here's a behind the scenes demo on how this worked! Hope you all enjoyed the stream :)

For those who don’t know, I was the person responsible for a majority of the additional content that was aired during the Splatoon broadcast at Riptide. It was busy, but a lot of fun! Thank you @level1.tv for allowing me to assist, and a big thank you to @jpg.level1.tv for the easy integration!

And FINALLY here is our commentary lineup for all the Splatoon action going down this weekend at Riptide 2026 🦑

"A good scout, a good analyst, they go and they watch the game. Your eyes see the game much better than the numbers. But the numbers see all the games. And that's a big deal..."

This weekend, a 12 year old won #SWS26. 11 years and 2 days prior, on August 7, 2015, the first western #CompSplatoon tournament commenced: Ink or Sink. Sena was 1. Is this what feeling old is like?

tbh, couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to #sws26. is there a feat more impressive than dropping to losers in the first round and winning the whole bracket? the gameplay that rush brought to the table, especially out of sena and goyame, was straight up ridiculous

Thank you to all the staff, production, and players that made Splat World Series 2026 / #sws26 possible! youtu.be/9tpGfhBzVTs

My POV of Content Cat's losers bracket run in In The Zone 52 is up on my VOD's channel! Sets are marked as video chapters. I might not have been the main character yesterday, but I think especially by the end I was really understanding how to be a great teammate with 52 gal 🔗 youtu.be/vbqETrOpWRc

I have opened an individual-focused practice server for High-Level 8s. Access is a privilege given by being a respectful, skilled, and active player. Attached are the various ways to access, some rules, and important info about the environment I'm envisioning. If you qualify, dm me for an invite

Cooking up the most basic splatoon 3 YouTube video this week. I have such high expectations for myself that I never have the time or tools to act on my ACTUAL YouTube vision for myself. But you know what? I’m going to humble myself and just start very very basic. Something’s better than nothing????

I would like to see Splatoon casters make a 90% reduction in the use of the words "fortunately" and "unfortunately." Most of the time, we know which team thinks a thing is good and which team thinks a thing is bad. Unless it was actually luck-based or the audience really may not know, it's brainrot

Reno CRUSHED it, but the set still made it to game 5. Take a look at the stats behind Crickets vs Yamato Spirit. All-stars on both sides. Watch the #SWS26 rewound to see it unfold. #compsplatoon
