Cracking down on deceptive thumbnails is a huge 1st step. Was a problem before AI, but has gotten way worse since. Short of banning all AI generated content, which I acknowledge may be practically untenable, I believe a label and filtering system is downright essential to preserve sanity.

As with anything, any measures will be imperfect and there will always be bad actors. But having tools in our hands to mitigate all the current frustrations would be a huge boon. Let's let them know how badly we want these tools.

The world is ever apathetic and cynical. Your cafés will generate their menus, your Facebook aunties will generate their memes. But VRC has been built and lives by all of us. Let it be the escape we all intended it to be, and let the creativity thrive that has made it so special and unique.

Ive always appreciated you guys wanting to uplift creators within your community but I seriously hope that the team promptly takes this post down and is more thorough in ensuring featured worlds dont have AI crap of any sort in it. Its seriously disappointing and disheartening that this has happened

Thanks all for the support. I'm on an intellectual level aware of how one should approach these things and I try to practice that. But being ever resilient is hard when it's constantly being asked of you daily. You're just living your life, trying to put real things out there, and still catch strays

Sigh Y'all really want artists to quit, don't you

Sometimes letting a little steam off through the cracks in the armour is necessary to help cope. Fuck em

Sometimes you can't get a shape right. Or something in the correct perspective. Or colour not quite right.. Or you were working on the wrong layer. There are loads of possible frustrations and burn out to deal with. Either way, art is hard man. Sketch for @khyaber.art

I took one look at Rû, the villainous co-mascot of Aurawra, and decided they were so handsome I couldn't help but draw them. If you happen to be at Aurawra, check out page 8 of the conbook!

Aurawra was a blast! Got to suit (just the head) for the first time, spent way too much at the dealer's den, and picked up a few new furstuit crushes. Gonna be thinking about that sexy tiger suit for a while, I reckon. Thanks for the memorable weekend!

Debuted my new (still kinda WIP) khy head at Aurawra! It's a huge pain to put on but I'm really pleased with how it's turning out, especially since I had no idea if I could even pull it off upon starting the project.

I was delighted to open the Aurawra conbook to find my art, I hadn't been sure it would be there! Thanks for featuring me :D

Nearly every sticker I've done in my career up to june 2026. Anyone want to count them for me? I'm sure bluesky will compress this to heck. Full resolution can be found on my telegram channel, if you're brave enough. t.me/khyaberart
