earlier today- a boomer grumbled to me, asking why no clothes are made in the US, all labels say Made in China. I say, those days are gone. She says, no, there is no reason the US can’t make clothing here. My reply: might be tough. I doubt anyone would want to work for a dollar a day. *Crickets*

Relying on a system known as a “stock market” to carrying people through old age is total BS. This is a glorified gambling system. And people getting rich by “playing” the numbers are basically educated gamblers. 🤷‍♀️ Yes, and am unhappy about this whole mess.

If you like what you've seen from Sen. Cory Booker and other Democratic lawmakers this week, call and email their offices and let them know that. Evidence of public support gives lawmakers more clout with their colleagues to keep doing what they're doing. Constituent encouragement becomes influence.
