Seeing more and more Tankies for Trump in my feed. Present themselves as left, but echo Trump rhetoric on Ukraine - war caused by previous US administrations, need to stop bloodshed but must recognise Russia's legitimate demands before any ceasefire, hating on Zelenskyy etc. Bots or dupes?

I honestly was not sure if this was a new or recycled allegation, which says a lot about our President.

The critical defining feature of violence in Australian society is that it is, almost entirely, male. Pointing fingers in every direction (media, social media, gaming, gambling, porn, politics, whatever) will achieve nothing if it isn't also accepted that the problem is fundamentally a male one.

It’s incredibly disturbing that someone with so much wealth and power acts like an imbecile. Elon Musk could be using his position to make the world a better place. Instead he resorts to offensive ableist slurs, demonstrating to everyone how utterly unfit he is to wield so much power and control.

It’s so important when criticising Israel & Zionism, that we emphasise that we are NOT criticising all Jewish people. Jewish people are not a monolith, & so many are as vehemently opposed to Israel’s genocide of Palestinians as non-Jewish people are. Thank you to the @jewishcouncilau.bsky.social

Genuine emotion in federal parliament today for Helen Haines. To be more than mere words though, government & opposition need to lift their integrity bar to that which Dr Haines set.
