The lieutenants (engineers) doing Musks dirty work are Akash Bobba, Edward Coristine, Luke Farritor, Gautier Cole Killian, Gavin Kliger, and Ethan Shaotran. They have taken control of the OPM and GSA, and have gained access to the Treasury Department’s payment system.
