It's #fursuitfriday! The perfect time to show off a new ram on the block, it's Katav! 🐑 So pleased with this gorgeous guy! A lovely design and we all know I love a hoofer <3 Definitely leveled up making this one. Fine tuned some pieces on this build which I'm super pleased with going forward

Introducing Lucien to the Wild Dog Works family! What an aptly coloured fox for October 🦊🍂 #furry #fursuit #fursuitmaker #wilddogworks

@rokkuhato.bsky.social you were gone way too soon. If you can measure the quality of a man by the heartfelt emotion of their friends after they’ve gone, and the number of lives they’ve touched for the better, then it’s clear you were someone very special. Rest in peace, deer friend. 🦌💔

I have some fond memories of MFF, but it’s pretty much off my radar now for yearly conventions. Accommodation has become impossible, with the only viable options as a fursuiter either being to be lucky enough to get in Main or pay through the ass at one of the walkable hotels like Hilton.

Even 25 years later, my brain still has trouble processing 9/11. An event so horrific and devastating that it not only killed 3,000 human beings, it permanently darkened the entire world. A quarter century later, there’s still a part of my brain that says “this wasn’t supposed to happen.”

But it did happen, and every day since has felt different. The optimistic future was gone, replaced with fear, unease, and dystopia. Of all the things we lost on 9/11, this is maybe the worst. Peace without pervasive fear. Something we have never regained, and are farther from now than ever.

Astrophotographer Adam (AJ) Smadi caught this image a few hours ago from Washington state. A thin crescent Moon, sunlight illuminating the rugged lunar surface. And 2,400 times farther away—and on the other side of the Sun—mighty Jupiter, and its moons Io (left) and Ganymede (right).
