The goal was to make the pixelation look like it's entirely in screenspace, but the pixels should dynamically change size to ensure that geometrical and texture detail in the 3D models remain consistent with the size of the pixels. It's a really fun aesthetic, might be fun to explore for a game.

i realized that now that bsky video limits are less stringent, i can post this! the test display for world generation was a little messed up because of a refactor. here it is generating a full scale world with test display for (most) of the steps fixed!
