Last night Oath (Illuna) did everything I wanted it to. Turn 3 adventure Lindblum to get token. Turn 4 Polymorph into Koma 2. Turn 5 attack to get snakes and then use those for further polymorph effects. Add in Sublime Epiphany and some removal and we got a great game. moxfield.com/decks/uFwoG9...

Played two games with a friend to help distract him from life. Samwise was good. Despite missing my third land for several turns I ended up threatening. Dictate and Butcher suck. Oath played fantastic. Super fun. Games were great. Store was great. Laughs were had. Successful night

I originally wanted to do a custom symbol for every card in the minor arcana to reflect the their unique narratives. It was a good exercise, but in-situ the bespoke treatments became distracting. A universal icon for each suit worked much better. Kickstarter is live: ltltarot.com #tarot #arcana

Tarot Cards are not my thing but James is great. If they’re your thing, you should get these. Could be great for a fantasy RPG as well

I build and a take apart edh decks frequently (granted less so these days when it just feels like too much work). I almost never miss decks no matter how fun they were or how long I had them. Jyoti I miss. The deck wasn’t even good. I think about it more than I really should. Time to rebuild

Played 4 games Saturday night. I won one, and was close to winning in two more. Had a lot of fun. Primo was disgusting in a 3-player game. I had T1 Sol Ring, T2 Runadi, and then a T3 Primo as an 8/8 and just snowballed. I had one Shore Up for an attempted removal spell a few turns later.

I felt like when I was a kid that high school was easy for parents. You largely either went to college the school you were zoned for or looked for a local private school. Trying to look for Kid1 and I swear there’s more options than I had for college

Magic with friends is fun. Slinza finally got a win. I even got to cast Feral Throwback. Two people let me live and I clawed back and won. I hit all my land drops but the deck always wants more mana. Slivers almost got a W. I got greedy and got punished. Satoru got caught in the crossfire
