Bicycles are hugely space efficient, which is why they make a lot of sense in congested cities. This video demonstrates why there aren’t traffic jams in bike lanes. Just imagine the traffic queues if every bicycle here was a car.

Really great to see the arguments are vindicated. Build more, safer, segregated cycling infrastructure and more people will use them. We are no different to our European neighbours and the weather doesn't stop us doing anything else so why would it stop us cycling?

Utrecht is building a suburb called Merwede that will be completely car free. It will have space for 12,000 residents, three schools, two supermarkets, offices, restaurants, a gym and over 21,000 bicycle parking spaces. The first residents are expected to move in in 2027.

Giving yourself longterm objectives is really rewarding. Jan 1st i started eating better. Built on a anorexic cat frame, I was 165 lbs. 35,5 inches of waist. I train and move a lot. Now for more than 6 months now i’m between 145 & 150. Waist 31-31.5. Consistency and dedication. #fitnessSky

To be some kind of good, perseverence, practice and sometime suffering is needed. No Tyson or Ali, but after almost 3 years, i’m some kind of good. 😃 2 X 3min 1lb rope 2 X 3 min 1/2 lb rope 2 X 3 min regular rope. Cool down with the 1lb rope.

Went biking with my GF. Really noce temperature here in Montreal for this time of year! We have some incredible bikelanes! And we didn’t even went on the F1 track! Yes we can bike in the F1 Gilles Villeneuve circuit!

Mon beau frère à une cie de transport, et je viens de regarder 200 vidéos de ses chauffeurs de sa cie et leur confrère en Ontario. Les tapis volant est un réel fléau, ce n'es plus anecdotique. Il y a un mouvement et pétition en ligne pour forcer le retour des contrôleurs routier.
