If Paxton wins, I will always wonder why. Did Elon Musk just buy a US Senator? Are we so susceptible to advertising that we believe whatever we hear a lot? Or, worst of all, do the majority of Texans actually just vote for the R no matter what? The only other possibility is too scary to consider.

When you’re old and, by default, fairly wise and worldly, it is hard to watch. What a bunch of fools, charlatans, and liars.

What should be DOJ’s priority? Clearly, there is more evidence of crimes that the DOJ can investigate. One has to set priorities. Investigate what those priorities are. Are they what you would prioritize? Don’t let marketing firms guide you. They are selling, not informing.

Do you believe commercials for car deals? “best tasting” foods? pharmaceutical miracles? Why believe the same marketing efforts in the political arena?

Well, the official motto of the United States if America (You ain’t the boss of me!), has been changed to “Money talks.”

Trump is consumed with getting the Nobel Peace Prize. He thinks he will get it if he ends the Russia-Ukraine war. How? He doesn’t care. Pressure Ukraine to capitulate, anything to stop the war and get that Peace Prize. What a dope!

If the D’s take the House and actively pursue publication of the Epstein files, the Executive (the DOJ) will come apart.

How can Trump’s Executive Order exempting Russia from US sanctions not constitute treason? Please, all voters, press your Congressional contestants on their position on this Executive Order.

It appears that Europe may finally be recovering from WWII and the ensuing deference to one country: us. In the ‘50’s and ‘60’s, they had no choice as we and the Soviets had practically obliterated them.

Every very successful person I’ve known thought they were successful because of their abilities, their intellect; never luck or coincidental opportunity. Further, they often think that translates into any other endeavor they pursue. “I made a million in the car business. So, I know how to legislate.”

You can add the International Criminal Court to the cabal of anti-American conspiricists. They must hate freedom, opportunity, baseball, babies. But, 125 member countries might see something else when they look at our actions on the world stage and our professed policies. Worthy of self reflection?

I am retired from over two decades in the US Army. I cannot fathom organizing a firing squad. The soldiers I served with would rightly balk at such a duty call. Today’s soldiers? I pray they would be incensed. We are not monsters. Give the man a lethal overdose if you have to kill him.

Immigration policy is not simple. Humans are complicated, lead complicated lives intertwined with many others. To say, “They broke the law” makes it easy. It ain’t easy! We should invest in immigrants if we want our Ponzi scheme consumer economy to continue working.

Why is it so hard for the State to execute someone? Governments have large stores of drugs in evidence rooms. Overdoses are painless.

Texas Senate Race: Where is Jasmine Crockett? Where is her voice for Talarico? Where is Colin Allred? Where is his voice for Talarico?

Sarkisian failed his kids yesterday. He should have at least suspended Colin Simmons and aggressively condemned his behavior. Instead, he generalized, glossed over, and practically excused him since, after all, “five sacks is pretty good.”

I’m giving Talarico money. Is there anything else I can do? I moved to Texas from Alabama. Don’t make me go from Tuberville to Paxton. That’s trading dumb for crooked.

Yes, Trump’s position on the Iran war (and now the Houthi-Saudi conflict) is shifting frequently. That’s what happens when you are strategically and morally untethered. The best analogy I can think of is a hot air balloon.

There is no correlation between income and worth. There are worthless people at every economic level; percentage wise, maybe more the higher up you go.

Ken Paxton has an economic “plan” based on tax cuts. That’s no plan. That won’t spur job growth and price stability. It will help the shrinking property owner class.

I find it interesting that the professed desire to go back to when America was great manifests itself by actions designed to tear down traditional institutions.

Trump’s new 9/11 rescue story is an excellent example of “trimming.” He never explicitly says he was there on 9/11, but gives just enough info to help you infer it. He was down there a few days later. Bill Clinton was pretty good at this, but never to this scale or on such a topic.

If Republicans were smart, which they may be (it’s hard to know when they take no positions and just hide behind the President), they’d start talking about real issues. This “communist” crap is not very effective when you hear actual Democrats in congressional races talk about what matters to voters

When Big Tech shunned unions and convinced tech workers they were ‘apolitical’ only to turn around and lay them off by the tens of thousands… a labour day lesson: form a union the boss always lies to you.

Lights out at FSU stadium. How much did that place cost? How pathetic! Remember the lights in the Super Bowl. Anybody interested in Dem’s infrastructure law?

So, when Trump says “the idiot left,” he means people who disagree with him. When I say, “the idiot left,” I mean that Trump just went out the door.

In the social media world, what I read indicates that liberal folks don’t understand the difference between capitalism, socialism, and communism any better than the nationalists and the conservatives. Fun to point fingers, tho.

The US voted against a UN resolution to use maps that show countries at their actual relative size. The vote was 164-1 in favor. My country’s representative said it was a bad idea to use an accurate map. How will we ever recover from this Administration?

We lost a decent person today, one with a voice that we all heard. Let us appreciate what we lost and acknowledge her power. We are all better for having heard her.

If you care about protecting Big Bend, it may be time to rethink where you spend your money. YETI co-founder Ryan Seiders is part-owner of a West Texas ranch that has been facilitating construction tied to Trump’s border wall project in the Big Bend region.

Many of the well-off fail to realize that programs like Medicaid, food stamps, etc, are the only thing keeping the marginalized from rising up with torches and pitchforks. At some point, desperation kicks in.

This is a massive story getting no attention. Narco Rubio and Pete Kegsbreath are raining terror down on the fisherman of central and South America. And now they're k1lling anyone who would hold them accountable. Shout out to @dropsitenews.com & Camila Lourdes Galarza for her incredible reporting.

Trump wants to wait until January for the Blanche confirmation. Well, Cornyn goes and Talarico comes in. Tillis goes and Cooper comes in. Good plan.

I read an article that said GENZ folks are not having sex. Then, I saw an ad for the new season of Big Brother and I thought, “Good Idea!”
