So who’s seeing Love Language this weekend? And who else is mostly going to see Manny Jacinto?

@soarin-to-tower.bsky.social

Lots of thoughts about the new Sense and Sensibility adaptation. What I’ll say for now is the I loved the Colonel Brandon choice. I wanted a LOT more of him.

Yes I’m watching #TheLoveHypothesis again. It is even better the second time!

Truly I need this very soon. There is such a dearth of actual analysis about #TheLoveHypothesis out there. I’m seeing just a lot of outrage takes and it’s really quite upsetting

What the Force?@wtforce.bsky.social

Probably next week 👀

Yall it was so good!

Finally home from work and watching #TheLoveHypothesis and I just cannot believe this is real 😍🥰🥹

Yes there were changes but all of them made sense (and honestly they were so few??) and the heart of the story is there!! A+ 10/10 gold star, etc

Semi-related: I think media literacy and/or literacy in general might be dead in this country. Some of these takes The Love Hypothesis I’ve seen elsewhere online are just unhinged.

When is the @wtforce.bsky.social episode on Love Hypothesis coming? I’m gonna need it stat

Life intervened so I’m just getting to the last few episodes of Perfect Crown and I’m not sure this one is gonna stick the landing. The premise was so good but some of the flaws are really coming out here at the end…

19 July

I need @dieworkwear.bsky.social to weigh in on what in the world is happening here…

First sentence, totally thrilled. Second sentence: WTF??? Nooooo please god

Every Film Now@everyfilmnow.bsky.social

Amazon MGM Studios has secured the film rights to Ali Hazelwood’s ‘LOVE, THEORETICALLY’. Colleen Hoover is attached to produce. (via Deadline) #LoveTheoretically #AliHazelwood #ColleenHoover

29 June

No one needs Colleen Hoover anyone near this book!!

29 June

Can we get some info on the screenwriter? That could help. Please don’t let Love Theoretically become Hoovered

28 June

Voicemails for Isabelle was so close to really good! But it just didn’t work for me. Wes’s character was massively underdeveloped and it dragged the whole thing down.

I’m taking the day off when this movie comes out lol

Y’all!! There is a Love Hypothesis trailer!!! I had to log in to Prime Video to see it. Hope it’s elsewhere soon!

The trailer is out! Only brief glimpses of Colonel Brandon but I am liking what I am seeing so far

LB 🦡 🍂@lbontv1.bsky.social

I’ve just learned that Herbert Nordrum is playing Colonel Brandon in the new Sense and Sensibility movie coming out this fall. Admitted I did not know who he was but I have googled and there is something Adam Driver-y about him… 👀

Can someone explain to me what the controversy is? I completely missed it.

Not to mention the psychological trauma these children are going to go through once they become adults and they learn that all these consequences they have suffered as a result of these diseases could have been 100% prevented. And yall think millennials have bad relationships with their parents!!

Dee Chan@deechan17.bsky.social

She makes a very good point in saying that the modern generation of parents don't fear the measles or smallpox for that matter because they have never seen the severe consequences those diseases can bring. The same is true for polio. But they should be feared. www.livescience.com/health/virus...

15 June

Ok what is the Queen Mother’s deal? I need to know! Gah! #perfectcrown

12 June

Byeon Woo Seok would look good in literally anything but his outfits in Perfect Crown are truly immaculate.

12 June

It’s been too long since I’ve seen a kdrama with this level of Subway product placement and I’m just so here for it #PerfectCrown

9 June

Finding Her Edge is so bad. And yet here I am still watching it. Is it so bad it’s good? I really think it’s just bad….

9 May

I need someone to do a version of Sense and Sensibility, where they age up Marianne and Colonel Brandon is legitimately hot. Just to see. Just because.
