Unless it’s a shooting opportunity just outside the box, no-one gives a shit about retreating 10 yards for free kicks anymore do they. Fellas just stood in front of the ball until the opposition pass it sideways.

Raphinha is captain tonight for Barca in El Clasico. It still completely blows my mind that he played for Leeds United. #lufc

"Leeds have incredibly never won a Premier League game in this kick-off slot in eight attempts (D3, L5)" 🫠

Lost a really good mate last year so me and a pal decided to run a marathon in his memory, and it's *this* Sunday. I'm (genuinely) several stone overweight so it's been real tough, but I've just ran my 568th mile of 2026. If anyone can spare a few quid that would be amazing. gofund.me/144595aaa

I really like Farke the man. But Farke the manager making substitutions frustrates the absolute bone marrow out of me. #lufc

A beautiful morning for a very slow 10k ahead of the marathon in a fortnight. I hope that will be as enjoyable as this one was, but not holding my breath ...

Ah man, what a brilliant film The Ballad Of Wallis Island is. Not seen too many where I’ve literally laughed out loud (I’m not a loller) and also been close to tears. Excellent stuff.

That was really disappointing. We looked like the ones who’d been playing in Europe on Thursday. Still, suppose we’re still unbeaten and would have taken 4 points this week. #lufc

Imagine my surprise to see a sacked Middlesbrough manager who finished 4th, 8th and 10th in the Championship not setting the world alight in the Premier League.

Even before the sending off Coventry were poor and they've been absolutely hammered since. And to top it off, Lampard is going to be bald as fuck in the not too distant future. Great stuff.

After today’s 3-1 loss, Burnley have now conceded the same amount of goals as they did the last time they were in the Championship … In 39 games less! Madness.

Just watched Pressure. Very good. Although it's absolutely blown my mind that it was written (in part) by David Haig, who played DI Grim in The Thin Blue Line and starred in the worst TV show I've ever seen in the shape of The Wright Way. Unreal. 🤣🤣🤣

Chelsea had 2.40 xG to #lufc 2.39. They scored 6 goals from 2.40 xG - that's just downright bizarre. I still don't really know what that game was. If that was their xG, then approx 0.76 of it is accounted for via a soft penalty. Bizarre football match.

I feel that's honestly been a very weird second half. Everything they touched turned to a goal. I'm not sure we were awful but it's hard to find your best levels when you make so many changes, and it affects defensive solidity. Hopefully no injuries & we simply have to move on to Monday 💙💛 #lufc

What a ridiculous and embarassing second half. Farke's stubborness (inability?) to make changes in a game that even an idiot like me can see is going wrong, is just absolutely mental. On the plus side, I backed Chelsea to win when we went 2-0 up, so every cloud and all that.

My lad says Sky Sports just put up a graphic showing Liverpool's record since 2016 when they are 2-0 up away from home is P22 W22 .... but what about #lufc last season at Elland Road?! Didn't see it so can't verify! Anyone else catch it?

What do all those #lufc fans who were absolutely losing their heads over the transfer window do now it was pretty decent? I don't understand.

Stupidly had a look at the #lufc hashtag over on X. Christ. I need a shower and may bleach my eyeballs whilst I'm at it.

Getting to that exciting time of year when the nights draw in and you get to flash your headlights at other drivers who forget to turn their own headlights on at dusk. What a buzz.

Well I bloody never #lufc

🚨🟡🔵 Jean Mattéo Bahoya to Leeds United, here we go! Deal agreed with also authorization for medical. Loan with mandatory buy clause set at €30m package from Eintracht. Green light also from the player, as @Santi_J_FM reported. 🇫🇷 All set for #LUFC.

Much better 2nd half showing, although it would have been hard to be much worse. And I still refuse to believe Keith Andrews is in any way competent but Brentford are a very good side and that was a decent point considering how #lufc played.

It’s unfathomable/hilarious to me that Chelsea have spent over ONE BILLION POUNDS in the last 5 years and start yet another season with Robert Sanchez in goal 😂

Love the history and heritage of the FA Cup so went to watch Bottesford Town v Aylestone Park in the extra preliminary round this afternoon. Finished 6-3 which worked out at 78p per goal! The Poachers have just got to win 12 more games to get to the final at Wembley …
