Columbia has a 14.8 billion endowment - it is not dependent on the gov grants. There is NO justification for its endowment if it concedes academic freedom - as it will no longer properly be a university with ANY integrity at all.

Our billionaires understand what a class war is & they’re waging one on all fronts is what’s happening.

Trump’s threats to weaponize the government and Musk’s total takeover is prepping the political landscape for an authoritarian push in which Democrats and liberals normalize everything while praising them like feudal lords in order to protect themselves and secure scraps wherever they can get them.

It doesn’t matter if a majority of people approve of Trump and authoritarianism or if the Democratic Party and the media class and all the quislings hop on board. There is right and there is wrong, and what is happening in this country is stone-cold wrong. We must oppose this. Must.

There is no actual resistance or energy for fight within the establishment and it’s been waning for a long while. It’s on us, as individuals and communities and collectives, to fight the fight. And the sooner we wrap our heads around that and get moving the better.

Solidarity with workers is essential as we prepare for all-out crisis and the gathering class war. It means being prepared to be inconvenienced. Expedited consumerism will be disrupted and it’s on all of us to put our personal convenience aside and not sympathize with bosses.

Then no one should expect fast food.
