Our local politics have been messy this season because our Democratic incumbent Sheriff (a Black man) endorsed the MAGA associated Republican local DA instead of the Democratic candidate who is a Black woman. FB has been a mess over it.

The President really came to NC and threatened us saying if we don’t vote for the Republicans that we won’t get any federal funding to help with storm damage, what an evil man.
